​Andrés Agudelo Ganem is a Berlin based Colombian visual artist who uses his background in architecture to explore themes around identity, urban spaces and the body.

This search and questioning of identity, both individual and collective, lead to observations where the specific and the global are in constant interaction.

The images produced loaded with symbolism,  interact with each other and create new meanings away from mere direct representation.

 

His practice utilizes photography, illustration, collage, video, and book design and publishing.

 

In addition to his own work he has also collaborated with other artists as a contributing member to conceptual work, performances and installations.
